Sportin Wales are a Welsh sports media company that offers a positive outlook on sport for fans, consumers, and partnership organisations. 

The organisation was founded in 2022 by Dean Jones in collaboration with Wales internationals Alex Cuthbert and Gareth Anscombe. Their mission is to create a digital community of Welsh sports fans, to share, engage and promote positive sporting news stories occurring within Wales.  

The centre piece of Sportin Wales is the monthly magazine, which includes a mix of features, regular columnists, analysis pieces as well as advertorial content. The features range from interviews with the biggest stars in Welsh sports, such as Alun Wyn Jones, Dewi Lake, and Joe Ledley, to highlighting the more niche sports like ice hockey and roller derby. There was also extensive coverage of this summer’s Olympic and Paralympic Games, celebrating Wales’ contribution to Team GB, from cycling to rowing, and archery to table tennis. 

In 2024, the media offering was expanded to include a bi-weekly rugby podcast, currently hosted by co-founder Alex Cuthbert. Every episode previews all the upcoming rugby action with guest stars including Josh Adams, Liam Williams and Dan Biggar.
