Cardiff Castle holds a significant place as a heritage destination in Wales and since 2018, it has been home to Cardiff’s home-grown festival, DEPOT In The Castle. The festival has played host to an impressive roster of renowned musicians like Nile Rodgers & Chic, Clean Bandit, Tom Odell, Kaiser Chiefs, and Craig David - to captivating acts such as Madness, a-Ha, Foals, The Chicks, Blondie, Sting, The Cult, Westlife, Hozier, Lumineers, Bastille, and Sir Tim Jones.

This year, TK Maxx will join DEPOT LIVE and Cuffe & Taylor as presenting partners for the 2024 series of Cardiff Castle shows across the summer!

Chart-topping boy band JLS will bring their Summer Hits tour to Cardiff Castle next year. The double BRIT Award winners – who are currently wowing audiences across the UK with their ‘Everybody Say JLS’ arena tour – will head to the iconic Welsh venue on Sunday July 7. DEPOT IN THE CASTLE 2024 LINE-UP

Join international pop sensation Anne Marie, platinum-selling singer-songwriter Tom Walker, and DJ, songwriter and producer Jax Jones, and old school Garage favourites Artful Dodger at this year’s DEPOT in the Castle on Saturday 27th July.

The one-day festival, based in the iconic castle grounds, will also feature Das Brass covering pop and funk favourites bringing the energy and pazazz of a live brass band; Welsh six-piece CVC will bring their unique brand of psych-pop to the line-up; and there will be sets from Cardiff singer-songwriter Ben Ellis and local DJ Ian Davies.
