Glasgow Subway’s #SummerOfMusic returns with a bang!

Glasgow Subway’s #SummerOfMusic returns with a bang!

Glasgow Subway are teaming up with us and TRNSMT to give one rising star the chance to play an acoustic set at TRNSMT festival! Amazing or what?!

We’re looking for a core female act, who will get the opportunity to feature on TRNSMT’s brand new Queen Tut’s stage!

And for those of you who prefer to listen to live music than perform it, we’ve got two pairs of tickets for TRNSMT to be won!

Last year’s winners of Glasgow Subway’s #SummerOfMusic. You could be next!

You're next!

So if you fancy yourself as the next Sigrid, Chvrches, Arcade Fire or Little Mix, then we want to hear from you.

Your act simply needs to meet the criteria of the Queen Tut’s Stage, which is that there are core female performers in the band and they are involved from a writing/recording perspective.

Then all you need to do is compete the below form and include a link to you playing to be considered.

We’ll be choosing 16 buskers to play live in Glasgow Subway, from 27 – 28th June during evening rush hour, each of whom will receive £50, and one of those will be chosen to play an acoustic set at TRNSMT!

The winner will perform on the Queen Tut’s Stage on Sunday 14th July, 1-1.30pm

The Capital Street Stars will also be popping up at Glasgow Subway stations on 27th and 28th June with spot prizes such as sweet treats and TRNSMT tickets!
