NOW TV Thrilling Drama CBC on Capital, February-March 2021– Specific Rules.
1. The NOW TV Thrilling Drama CBC promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 22nd February 2021 to Wednesday 3rd March 2021 on the Capital Network
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at Capitalfm.com, register your details and answer the dilemma quiz.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 22nd February 2021 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 3rd March 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. [One entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
8. The Promotion is only open to residents of UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
9. Employees (or family members of employees) of any Sky company (“Sky”), companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter the Promotion.

Entertainment and Sky Cinema pass codes can only be used once. Valid credit or debit card required to set up NOW TV account. Your month viewing period for your NOW TV Entertainment Pass and Sky Cinema pass will begin as soon as code is redeemed.
At end of voucher period (12 months), the NOW TV Entertainment pass renews at £9.99. per month unless cancelled and you can stop renewal at any time. Live channels not available on YouView.
At end of voucher period (12 months), the NOW TV Sky Cinema pass renews at £11.99 per month unless cancelled and you can stop renewal at any time.

· There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
· NOW TV reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that NOW TV reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.
Additional Prize Terms
49” UHD TV and LG Sound Bar should be delivered within 28 days from the point the winner has confirmed their details to The Promotions Factory. However due to Coronavirus measures, this delivery time may be increased. We will endeavour to deliver prizes to winners as quickly as possible. Prizes may be delivered separately.
14. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation.
15. There is no cash alternative to the prize and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
16. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.
17. The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
19. 18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with either the Details or these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
20. The prize winners’ first name and county will be made available for one month after the close of this promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address below and stating the name and date of the promotion.
21. By entering the promotion, you agree that if you are selected as a winner, Sky may pass the data on your entry to its fulfilment agent to issue you with your prize. The identity of the fulfilment agency for a particular promotion will be made available to winners upon request.
22. The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
24. The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, other entrants or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Your personal data will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), the Promotion Partners, as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
27. We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
29. We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
31. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting email@example.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
32. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
