RULES 

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Capitalfm.com apply to Big Kid Circus Promotion ("the Competition") which will run from 19th September – 28th September 2024 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 19/09/2024 and close at 23:59 on 28/09/2024.

From correct answers, one winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Capital Radio team.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts:

EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA

 

Data:
Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date.

Prize:
Winner will win £200 cash + VIP tickets for up to 6 people and £60 food vouchers for Frankie and Benny’s.

Tickets are valid for Grand Stand seating, attendees must book a date and time they would like to attend in advance.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.   

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.  

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email from 29th September 2024. If you do not respond within 72 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited. 

 

Winner will be contacted by Capital Radio in the first instance then Big Kid Circus to arrange all prize elements.
