Booking.com Online Promotion on Radio X Heart and Capital, June-July 2021
– Specific Rules.

1.    The Booking.com Online promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from  Thursday 10th June to  Monday 12th July 2021on the Heart Network, the Capital Network and the Radio X Network
2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

3.    To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at https://www.heart.co.uk/win/ or https://www.capitalfm.com/win/ or https://www.radiox.co.uk/win/ play the sweepstake game provided, select your prize destination and register your details. 
4.    Online entry will open at 00.01am on Thursday 10th June 2021 and close at 23.59pm on Monday 12th July 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5.     Within 7 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random – one winning entrant will receive the prize they select at time of entry. This will be a trip for two to either Paris Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam or Dubrovnik. The winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via email or the telephone number they have entered. If the winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize. 
6.    We and Booking.com may publish and publicise your name, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
7.    In relation to winners, you understand that we and Booking.com may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

8.    The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. 
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.

10.5    Return flights for two adults to Dubrovnik, Croatia, Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel, 4 Nights accommodation at a 4-star Booking.com hotel, Breakfast for two adults in the hotel restaurant each morning, £500.00 spending money and Travel insurance.

10.6    Barcelona prize terms: 
10.7    Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the UK and Spain. Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges but doesn’t include any checked in luggage. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Barcelona. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize. 
10.8    It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks for entering Spain and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results or following any COVID-19 regulations. 
10.9    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 
10.10    You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out. 
10.11    Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 
10.12    Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum will be provided to the winner via bank transfer. 
10.13    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 

11    France Trip Terms and Conditions:

Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance.

Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Paris. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.

Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance.

Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Rome. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize. 
12.3    It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks for entering Rome and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results or following any COVID-19 regulations.

Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Amsterdam. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.

Must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. 
14.2    Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges but doesn’t include any checked in luggage. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Dubrovnik. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Unfortunately, a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize. 
14.3    It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks for entering Dubrovnik and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results or following any COVID-19 regulations. 
14.4    Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.

15    By entering the competition, if you are the winner, you agree that you and your guests (if applicable) agree that booking.com may make your full names and counties available and may use your full names, counties and photographs for post-event publicity purposes without your permission or paying you anything.  You further agree and agree to procure that any guests agree to the use of your names, images and any video or voice recordings of you or your guests (if applicable) in any media in, perpetuity, as booking.com sees fit.  You agree and agree to procure that your guests agree that the copyright (if any) and all other rights title and interest in and to any contribution by you or your guests shall vest in and be irrevocably assigned to booking.com
16    Any entrant data collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners to notify them of the prize and, if you are the winner, we may pass them on to third parties to deliver the prize.
17    Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  
18    We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
18.      Your personal data, will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), TPF, as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.   
19.     We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations. 
20.     You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotional Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time. 
21.    We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
22.     By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
23.     You may request the removal of  your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
24.    If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s)  have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
