RULES

The following rules (“RULES”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at  CAPITALFM.COM apply to PRIE CYMRU PROMO ("the Competition") which will run from 17TH JUNE  to 19TH JUNE the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is CAPITAL

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition: ONLINE WIN

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to CAPITALFM.COM answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 ON 17TH JUNE and close at 23:59 ON 19TH JUNE

From correct answers, ONE winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the CAPITAL radio team.  

Eligibility: 

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.  

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: CF, NP

Data: 

Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date. 

Prize: 

Winner will win a weekend ticket TO PRIDE CYMRU and a stay at the Park Plaza Cardiff

 

Prize is for over 18's only

The weekend ticket gives you access to the event on both Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd June

The stay is for Saturday 21st June only including a 1 night stay in 1 room and breakfast for 2 people.

This is non transferable and all additional costs incurred are payable by the winner.

Winner will be contacted by DM from the @CapitalSouthWales insta account on Friday 20th June.

 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event. 

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize. 

Contact: 

We will contact you via text, phone and email on 20th June. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited. 

 

Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 30 days.
